My goal, when I began what turned into 5 years of research and development to make the Ondine Platine cookware collection, was simply to produce what I myself wanted to use in my kitchen.
I struggled to find cookware which was non toxic and didn’t comprise on aesthetics and functionality so I set about working with top craftspeople to create this range.
As the brand has grown and I have continued learning and sought out more knowledge, through my work as a nutritional therapist and my ongoing studies, my goal has become to help people learn about a holistic approach to nutrition and well-being and to champion non-toxic living.
What do I mean by non-toxic living?
We are bombarded by toxins every day, from the food we eat to the air we breathe. The idea of living a completely non-toxic life is sadly unattainable but the good news is there are many things we can do to limit our exposure to toxins and there are fantastic ways of cleansing the body and applying chemical-free habits to our daily life. It’s simple to create a safe environment to enhance your family’s health when you are given healthy alternatives.
I’ll be sharing some tips on easy ways to reduce toxins in the home which I hope you’ll find helpful.
