Organic chicken pieces

4 Avocados

Lemon and lime juice

Roasted red and yellow peppers


Tortilla wraps

Cheese of your choice, I like Comte⁠

Sour cream and fresh coriander to serve

Salt/pepper to taste


  1. Cut the chicken into strips and sear 
  2. Mash the avocados⁠ then add lemon juice, lime juice, salt and pepper⁠
  3. Prepare sour cream and fresh coriander to top with later⁠
  4. Grate your cheese of choice
  5. Blend the roasted peppers and garlic for the sauce⁠
  6. Add spices and the blended sauce to the sauteed chicken⁠ and cook for a few minutes
  7. Heat tortilla wraps in the oven⁠
  8. Serve, assemble and enjoy!⁠
