Organic chicken pieces
4 Avocados
Lemon and lime juice
Roasted red and yellow peppers
Garlic
Tortilla wraps
Cheese of your choice, I like Comte
Sour cream and fresh coriander to serve
Salt/pepper to taste
METHOD
- Cut the chicken into strips and sear
- Mash the avocados then add lemon juice, lime juice, salt and pepper
- Prepare sour cream and fresh coriander to top with later
- Grate your cheese of choice
- Blend the roasted peppers and garlic for the sauce
- Add spices and the blended sauce to the sauteed chicken and cook for a few minutes
- Heat tortilla wraps in the oven
- Serve, assemble and enjoy!
