INGREDIENTS
Serves 6 people
1 cup of double cream
1 ½ cups of mature cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon of mustard powder
½ teaspoon cayenne
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup of gluten free pasta
METHOD
1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water per instructions on box
2. Add the cream to a small cooking pot and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from the heat. Add in the cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and mustard powder and stir until combined then add in the mature cheddar cheese and stir
4. Add cheese sauce to the pasta and combine insuring the cheese is melted.
5. Serve immediately
