Delivery Information

Ondine offers free delivery for UK addresses as well as a Priority delivery for many parts of Europe as long as your order is placed before 1pm.  For international orders your delivery charge and times will be shown at the checkout.

UK Mainland: 1-2 working days

UK Highlands and Islands: 2-3 working days

Europe: 3-5 working days

Rest of world: 3-7 working days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and maybe affected by transport congestions or factors beyond our control.  Non UK order delivery can also take longer due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.  All orders are shipped from the UK.

Orders delivered to international destinations may be subject to import taxes, fees, levies or other charges which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, or the recipient of the purchase if different.

This may delay your delivery time, and it is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release products from Customs. You may wish to contact the relevant Customs authorities for clarification before placing an order.
