INGREDIENTS
Cake:
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup grass-fed butter
1 tbsp raw honey
1 cup of almond milk
Icing:
1 cup coconut sugar (milled into a fine powder)
1 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup cacao powder
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- Mix the cake ingredients, then pour into a prepared baking tin
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix the icing ingredients together until smooth
- Once the cake is cool, decorate with the chocolate icing
